Frameless ConstructionA frameless cabinet is constructed of 3/4" veneer core plywood. Sides, tops, bottoms, are 3/4" and backs are all 1/4". Each cabinet box is screwed together, and connected to one another to achieve the desired run on cabinetry. Base cabinets have a split top to make handling and installation easy. The front edges of the cabinets have a hot glued edge band of the same material to match the specified exterior. |

Face FramesFace Frame and Inset Face Frame cabinets are built exactly like the frameless cabinets. Once the desired run of cabinetry is accomplished, the face frames are glued and assembled with pocket screws for structural integrity. Then the face frame is glued, clamped and nailed to the cabinet box.The shelves are 3/4" veneer core plywood with hot glued edge band of the same material or solid wood nosing added when necessary. The 5 mm holes in the cabinet sides provide shelf adjustment. All cabinets have a 4" high and 3" deep toe-kick unless a different style is specified. |
